Position Overview
The Sales and Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the companys Walmart business serving as the primary local point of contact for Walmart buyers merchants replenishment teams and other key stakeholders. This role reports directly into senior leadership and carries both operations leadership and people management responsibility overseeing a team of four analysts who support the Walmart account.
The ideal candidate will combine strong Walmart account expertise with the ability to develop and coach a team translate data into compelling selling narratives and drive cross-functional execution across design product development sourcing operations replenishment and finance. This is a key seat for someone who wants to own a major retail relationship and help shape the ongoing growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Walmart business and serve as the primary local contact for buyers merchants replenishment teams and other key stakeholders.
- Manage coach and develop a team of four analysts establishing priorities and ensuring accurate timely support of the Walmart account.
- Identify and develop new category product branded licensed and private-label opportunities in partnership with the company president and senior leadership.
- Prepare for and participate in Walmart line reviews business reviews assortment meetings and presentations supporting the President on major sales calls and strategic discussions.
- Translate Walmart data and shopper insights into persuasive selling stories assortment recommendations and actionable growth plans.
- Partner with design product development sourcing operations replenishment and finance to successfully execute new programs item launches and customer initiatives.
- Strengthen the organization and execution of the Walmart business by improving planning communication accountability forecasting and follow-through.
Required Qualifications
Requirements: - At least five years of experience selling to or managing business with Walmart preferably within a consumer-goods supplier or vendor organization.
- Strong knowledge of Walmarts buying merchandising replenishment forecasting and line-review processes along with proficiency in Scintilla.
- Demonstrated success identifying and developing new Walmart business opportunities expanding categories gaining distribution or launching new products and programs.
- Previous experience managing and developing analysts or other Walmart account-support professionals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $90000 - 110000
- Bonus Opportunity: Up to 10% annual bonus potential
